I was thinking about you today
Wondering when your kisses will come my way,
Wishing you were not so very far from me
In a distant land somewhere across the sea.
I will want to kiss you and whisper in your ear
Tell you that you're beautiful and someone I hold dear,
I know that you are special as you made it past my wall
Which is not an easy thing to do as it is not so small.
Yes it fell quite sufficiently or at least enough for you
You got past my iron gate not an easy thing to do,
I allowed you in and even more you got inside my heart
Now I must figure out why did this all start.
When I saw your face a little star shot across my sky
As if to say it was destiny and I felt like I could fly,
I could fly into your arms of love and you could fly away with me
You are not just any woman as I can surely see.
But then all of these adversities are laying in the way
Preventing better times to come just more and more delay,
I wish I was that shooting star I saw in the sky last night,
As I would fly away my dear and come as fast in flight.
